John Young is an extraordinary knife maker and this is one of his best. Check out the long bolster and how it fits to the giraffe bone handle scales. The mirror finish is seriously clean, the bone has really good character, the lines are beautiful. Is John Young going to step into the shoes of the legend Bob Loveless?
That remains to be seen, but the guy is just a kid and has a long career ahead of him. This is a drop-point pattern, ATS-34, with 416 stain on Giraffe Bone scales. They dont get finer or cleaner than this.
